Between the Trees

A girl's obsession leads to fatal consequences

Obsessed with a young dancer, Alive silently stalks in the shadows, hoping to one day be able to finally open up and say what’s in her heart. While watching her dance beautifully during a dance rehearsal, Alive decides today is the day.

Between the Trees was created for the Phoenix Comic Con Film Festival Challenge, where it premiered in the Top Ten, placed in the Top Five, and walked away with "Best Use of Music". This silent film is narrated by the music itself, telling a story that calls upon Phantom of the Opera and Black Swan.
